What is inverter technology?
The inverter technology continuously measures the water temperature and adjusts the speed of the compressor and fan to operate in the most efficient setting to match the heat loss of the water.
At startup, the unit will slowly increase the speed of the compressor and fans, and then will automatically determine how much energy is needed to heat or maintain the water temperature.
When the water temperature reaches the set point, the unit begins to reduce the speed of the compressor and fans, thereby reducing energy consumption. Increase the efficiency of operations, thereby reducing operating costs.
The inverter will continuously measure temperature parameters and adjust output to maximize efficiency.
Conventional on/off heat pumps are used to heat waters or spas of a specific size; instead of adjusting the output to meet the heat demand, compressors and fans turn on when the heat is needed. The old technology of these heat pumps like old air conditioning, you can't adjust the output to a given temperature, so they can't match the improvements.
inverter heat pumps not only improve efficiency, but also reduce operating costs.
Soft start technology
When the inverter heat pump starts, it will start from zero and gradually rise to higher speeds, resulting in steady currents and lower energy consumption.
Conventional on/off heat pumps have a higher starting current, which leads to higher energy consumption and stress on circuits and components.
